Armenia’s Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan held a telephone conversation with French Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs Jean-Noël Barrot, the Armenian Foreign Ministry said in a readout.
The sides discussed the situation in the Middle East and exchanged views on efforts to support citizens in the relevant zones.
Mirzoyan stressed the importance of achieving a peaceful solution. The ministers also emphasized active engagement in the context of the upcoming high-level summit of the European Political Community to be held in Yerevan in May.
