Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan had a meeting with the OSCE Secretary General Feridun Sinirlioğlu.
The interlocutors touched upon topics of cooperation between the Republic of Armenia and the OSCE, including with regard to implementation of concrete projects.

In the context of efforts aimed at establishing peace in the South Caucasus, the peace process between Armenia and Azerbaijan was touched upon, including emphasizing the importance of the fact of finalization of the text of the agreement on peace and establishment of interstate relations between the two countries. Minister Mirzoyan stressed the importance of signing the agreement. Ararat Mirzoyan touched upon the position expressed by Armenia regarding the OSCE Minsk Group as well as presented the constructive proposals put forward by Armenia regarding other components of the peace process.
In the context of unblocking regional communications, the huge potential of the South Caucasus as a unique crossroads and today’s imperative of taking advantage of transit opportunities were emphasized: “This very notion is at the heart of the “Crossroads of Peace” project developed by the government of Armenia,” added Minister Mirzoyan.
Ararat Mirzoyan and Feridun Sinirlioğlu exchanged views also on the process of normalization of relations between Armenia and Türkiye.
