Conversation, started between Armenia and Turkey, is very important, Pashinyan

“What kind of legacy would you like to leave behind?” a Turkish journalist asked Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, inquiring about the achievements in the South Caucasus and in Armenia-Turkey relations.
“We need to see what results we achieve and what outcomes we can summarize. If we speak in terms of aspirations, I would like diplomatic relations to be established between Armenia and Turkey, and for the border to be open for railway and road transportation. Business ties should be direct—I mean in terms of border crossings and transport connections—because even today, there is significant trade turnover and business relations between Armenia and Turkey, but they do not take place directly. This conversation that has started between Armenia and Turkey is very important,” the Prime Minister said.
