The delegation led by the OSCE PA Vice-President and OSCE PA Special Representative for the South Caucasus, Luís Graça of Portugal, will arrive in Armenia on November 22-26.
According to an order by the National Assembly Speaker, the delegation will be received by the Chairman of the Standing Committee on Foreign Relations of the National Assembly, Sargis Khandanyan.
