A group of French companies has been recognized as the winner of the competition to implement the biometric system in Armenia. According to the head of the Migration and Citizenship Service, outsourcing the process to a foreign company will not jeopardize the protection of personal data at all, as software solutions and distribution of functions exclude the vulnerability of personal data.
