“I believe we have a very serious, very realistic, and very tangible opportunity to bring the Armenia-Turkey dialogue, as well as the normalization of Armenia-Azerbaijan relations, to a positive and logical conclusion,” Armenia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan said during a joint session of the Standing Committees of the National Assembly, as part of preliminary discussions on the 2024 state budget execution report.
“I consider the imminent normalization of our relations with both Azerbaijan and Turkey to be very realistic, including the dialogue and the normalization of relations, and consequently the opening of borders.
The efforts of Prime Minister Pashinyan and other members of our political team prior to me have all been directed toward this goal,” the Foreign Minister added.
