The Iranian ambassador has been summoned to the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry over the drone strike on Nakhijevan airport.
According to Azerbaijani media, the Nakhijevan airport was hit by a Shahed-136 kamikadze drone. Teachers and students have been evacuated from schools near the airport.
The media, citing the Nakhijevan Ministry of Health, noted that one person was injured in the strike.
