Following a meeting in Tel Aviv with U.S. presidential envoy Steve Witkoff, the Prime Minister of Israel has instructed that a delegation be sent to Qatar to continue negotiations on a resolution in the Gaza Strip and the release of hostages.
According to the Prime Minister’s Office, during the meeting with Witkoff, the latest American initiative to secure the return of the hostages was discussed — a last attempt before the expansion of military operations.
It was noted that no ceasefire will be declared during the negotiations.
