On October 3, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan held a phone conversation with the Assistant to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan for International Investment and Trade Cooperation, former Minister of Foreign Affairs Murat Nurtleu.
