Representatives of the Armenian and Azerbaijani commissions dealing with issues of missing persons have held a meeting, the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia reports.
During the discussion, the parties touched upon humanitarian issues related to clarifying the fate of persons missing as a result of the conflict.
The opportunities for information exchange, as well as the organization and coordination of search operations, were considered within the framework of the meeting.
The parties emphasized the importance of continuous dialogue in the humanitarian sphere and reaffirmed their readiness to continue contacts for the benefit of the families of missing persons.
