Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan and Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan have met President of Argentina Javier Milei during the 3rd United Nations Ocean Conference (UNOC3) in Nice, France.
FM Mirzoyan posted a photo showing him with President Khachaturyan and Milei.
“From Mountains To Oceans, from Armenia to Argentina: glad to participate in UNOC3 as part of the Armenian President’s delegation. UNOC3 was an important engagement as we, with trust and support of int’l partners, put best efforts for holding a very successful and result-oriented COP17,” Mirzoyan said on X.
In 2026, Armenia will host the 17th meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity (COP17).
