After three days of calm, US and Iran have exchanged strikes again: BBC

לאחר שלושה ימים של רגיעה, ארה”ב ואיראן החליפו שוב תקיפות: BBC
US military commanders said that Iran launched a “surprise attack” against US forces in the Middle East and launched “multiple” ballistic missiles. US Central Command said the missiles had been successfully intercepted. This was preceded by a brief lull in hostilities aimed at bringing the two sides back to the negotiating table.
US and Saudi forces, in turn, struck “multiple terrorist logistics and weapons facilities” linked to Iran and in Iraq. The US  demanded that Iran and its “terrorist proxies cease their attacks or face further US military action.”
A day before the attack, US President Donald Trump had announced “very friendly talks” with Iran. At that time, the two sides had not exchanged strikes for a third day in a row.
Tehran has yet to comment on the situation.
