President of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan has met with Amazon Web Services Vice President Jeff Barr.
Lauding Armenia’s cooperation with Amazon, the President highlighted the partnership in terms of the development of the country’s digital agenda and high technologies, as well as forming an innovative environment, Khachaturyan’s office said in a press release.
He thanked Jeff Barr for visiting Armenia, noting that such high-level contacts contribute to the expansion of bilateral partnership.
Jeff Barr underscored the continuously developing cooperation with Armenia and its tangible results.
He said that Amazon Web Services is interested in deepening partnership with Armenia, especially in high technologies, educational initiatives and innovative solutions.
The possibilities of joint projects in digitization, AI, data management and related areas were discussed. Prospects of developing new initiatives aimed at contributing to full utilization of Armenia’s technological potential were also discussed.
