On October 7, Ambassador Narek Mkrtchyan met with U.S. Senator Steve Daines (R–MT), Embassy of Armenia to USA reports.
“The meeting focused on key issues of the Armenia–U.S. bilateral agenda and explored ways to further strengthen the strategic partnership between the two nations.
Ambassador Mkrtchyan and Senator Daines also discussed the outcomes of the August 8 trilateral meeting held in Washington, including the signed agreements and emerging opportunities for interregional cooperation through the TRIPP program.
Ambassador Mkrtchyan expressed his appreciation to Senator Daines for his consistent support toward advancing peace and stability in the South Caucasus,” the statement reads.
