An Azerbaijani citizen, Yashar Ali oglu Gasimov, who had earlier crossed into Armenian territory in Tavush Province after losing his way and was subsequently found, was returned to Azerbaijan on October 24, the National Security Service of Armenia (NSS) reported.
He was handed over to the competent authorities of the Republic of Azerbaijan, according to the NSS.
