How TRIPP can change geopolitical and geoeconomic dynamics of South Caucasus: Armenian Ambassador to US participated in discussion

Armenian Ambassador to the U.S., Narek Mkrtchyan, met with representatives of the International Institute for Strategic Studies–Americas (IISS-Americas), including Correspondent Director Sir Thomas Beckett, Managing Director Leigh Morris Sloane, Senior Fellow for Transatlantic Affairs Michael Carpenter, and other members of the institute.

The discussion focused on the evolving security landscape in the South Caucasus and the importance of opening the communication channels in the region, according to a press release from the embassy.

They also explored opportunities for joint studies and conferences—particularly on how the August 8 agreements and the TRIPP project could reshape the geopolitical and geoeconomic dynamics of the South Caucasus.
