Armenian Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Trade Ararat Mirzoyan, during his visit to Latvia, laid flowers together with his counterpart, Baiba Braže, at the Freedom Monument in Riga, the ministry said, Armenia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Trade reports.
