Armenian Defense Minister Suren Papikyan and newly appointed French Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Armenia Florian Escudié discussed the course and development prospects of defense cooperation between the two countries, the Armenian Ministry of Defense reported.
On September 14, Papikyan received Florian Escudié, congratulating him on his appointment and wishing him success in carrying out his diplomatic mission in Armenia.
During the meeting, the sides highlighted the high level of cooperation established between Armenia and France in the field of defense and expressed confidence that it would continue to develop.
The sides also discussed issues related to the course and prospects of bilateral cooperation.
