Prime Minister of Lithuania, Inga Ruginienė, has congratulated Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on his electoral victory.

“Congratulations, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, on your electoral victory. The people of Armenia have once again spoken in support of democratic values, regional stability, and European future. We look forward to deepening our partnership and supporting Armenia on its path toward closer ties with the EU,” she said in a post on X.
