Armenia’s Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said on Friday he doesn’t see at this moment the conditions for Karabakh Armenians to return home and live safely.
“I want to be clear, at this moment I don’t see the conditions for Nagorno-Karabakh Armenians to return to their homeland, their homes and live safely,” Mirzoyan said when asked on the matter by Members of Parliament. “Frankly speaking I also don’t see efforts by Azerbaijan in the direction of ensuring such conditions,” the Foreign Minister added.
