Yesterday, the Armenian Patriarchate of Jerusalem presented its urgent message in English, at the end of which it called on the Israeli Prime Minister and the government to “find an amicable solution to this issue.”
We decided to urgently go on air and present our point of view.
I presented the first part of the letter in the video, because it said it all. It is clear that the Jerusalem Municipality started with a “weak link” and the pressure will continue. Regardless of my negative position regarding the unacceptable agreement regarding the famous “Cow Garden” area and other land plots, our presence in the Holy Land is now in danger, so I will continue to fight in the media to protect our rights in Israel.
I call on all Armenians to unite around our community and the Patriarchate.
